A couple of problems with offering resale rights. You don’t offer any rebranding rights. It makes it a dud in terms of a useable product.

If you are going to give it to membership sites to use. I would think its a good idea to offer re-branding rights along with master resell rights or it isn’t truly isn’t a master resell right product.

Anyway thats my 2 cents. I am not sure who will use it though because the information isn’t that new except for the design cover. Think about it for a moment.
